1、Usually, when choosing a suitable wheel frame, consider the weight carried by casters, such as supermarkets, schools, hospitals, office buildings, hotels and other places. Because the floor is good, smooth and the goods to be transported are light (each caster bears 10-140kg), it is suitable to choose the electroplated wheel frame stamped with thin steel plate (2-4mm), which is light, flexible to operate, quiet and beautiful. The electroplated wheel frame is divided into double-row beads and single-row beads according to the arrangement of balls. Double rows of beads should be used when moving or handling frequently.
2、In factories, warehouses and other places, where goods are frequently transported and the load is heavy (each caster bears 280-420kg), it is suitable to choose the wheel frame with thick steel plate (5-6 mm) stamping, hot forging and welding with double rows of balls.
3、If it is used to carry heavy objects such as textile factories, automobile factories, machinery factories and other places, Because of the heavy load and long walking distance in the factory (each caster bears 350-1200kg), the wheel frame with thick steel plate (8-12mm) cut and welded should be selected.
