How to solve such problems, in addition to our efforts on raw materials, the production process is also the cause of these factors; of course, this requires the accumulation of time and experience, but it is also very important to control the probability of defective products according to the standard operation as far as possible

 

In order to distinguish the authenticity of super artificial rubber tire, it is necessary to carry out the test according to the industrial caster dynamic fatigue performance test standard of American caster manufacturing association. According to the standard, the test speed is 3.2 km / h, and the test load is different according to the product series and wheel diameter. For example, the load of 2 series wheel is 114 kg with 3.5 inch diameter and 270 kg with 6 inch diameter of 4 series wheel. The dynamic fatigue test is to put the tested castor sample on the caster professional test equipment, and put two metal barriers with a height of 3.2mm in the middle. The equipment will rotate for 2 minutes, stop for 2 minutes, and then run in the opposite direction. The allowable test standard is that the caster still rotates naturally after 6 hours of test, and there is no structural and functional failure.

 

In China, the life test standard of Colson caster company is usually adopted. The test speed of medium and light castors is 2.1 km / h. The equipment rotates for 3 minutes, stops for 1 minute, and runs for 10 hours without structural and functional failure. In this way, we can have effective standards to judge whether the super artificial rubber tire is qualified or not. At the same time, with the standard, we can refer to it and provide the product qualification rate conveniently in the production process.
