1 When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get
the quotation , please call us directly or tell us in your email, so that we could regard your
inquiry priority. The more information you provide, the more detailed quotation we can offfer!

2 Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?
Yes, we could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If
new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.

3 Is the sample free?
Yes. Customers need to pay the delivery expense or offer their delivery account number
UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. Freight will be refunded to customer after order confirm.

4 How to place an order and get the products?
a. Printing file--PDF or Ai Format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
b. Sample confirmation--Sample will be sent out in 7 days after the mould is finished .
c. Payment terms-T/T 30% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading.
d. Production--Mass production,shipping marks are needed after production.
e. Shipping--By sea, air or courier.

5 What terms of payment you use?
