The wheel surface is made of high-quality new polyurethane material, and the wheel core is made of PP material, which is also a brand-new material. The bracket part is bent and formed by a riveting press bracket, and the brake pads and double glass disc structure accessories are designed. We will stamp, electroplat and assemble the accessories through manual operation, which can achieve semi-automation of the entire process. The surface treatment can be zinc plating, chromium plating, or nickel plating and other anti-oxidation metal materials. By implementing thicker coating, we can make the casters have a longer service life.

When using this caster, do not use violent methods to hit the brakes and wheel body. This poses certain risks to the operation of the casters. Choose the flat bottom model, screw model or other styles, all installed according to the customer's needs.
