A: For light duty casters: 300pcs/style for stock order, 100pcs/style for the heavy duty series.

Q:Can I make a trial order?

A:Yes,we can accept sample order less than MOQ.

Q:Is sample charges refundable?

A:yes, for the expensive samples we will charge and we will refund your sample cost after you confirm the order. The cost will reduce on your order amount or refund to your account immediately. For the cheap samples we will do not charge samples fees.

Q:What is your sample delivery time?

A:Usually, stock sample takes 2 days, others about 7-10 days.

Q:What's your lead time for mass production?

A:25-30 days for belts depends on designs and order quantity.

Q:Can you add our own logo on product?

A:Yes, we can add logos by lasing, engraving, embossing, stamping and so on.

Q:What's your payment terms?

A:1. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance paid before shipping;

Q:Can I make mix order?

A:yes, our MOQ is 500pcs/style for casters mixed, you can make mixed sizes for your order.
