Our company uses this caster in the North American market for office desks, heavy machinery and equipment, industrial trolleys, stone transporters and other work areas.
The main feature of the 4-inch indsutrial wheels for workbench is its wheels. The wheels are heavy wheels, so the mold opening and production machinery and equipment are different from ordinary light and small wheel production equipment. It requires a higher safety factor and mold precision and thickness, and the cost will be higher. Wheel core high temperature furnace demoulding batch and standardized aluminum core blanks, in order to make better connection and tighter aluminum core wheels, our technicians will specially use metal polishing and water washing process, and then deburr the burrs on the wheel edge for the second time, so as to proceed to the next step, the PU pouring process of the embryo membrane; we use high-quality PU granular materials, and the high-temperature furnace melts the PU granules into liquid, and then pours them into the closed embryo membrane container to tightly fit the entire aluminum core wheel surface. The wheels that come out are demoulded by oiling and placed on the wheel container for cooling; the last step is to assemble the PU wheels to our heavy-duty caster bracket, pack and box them, so that the finished 4 inch indsutrial wheels for workbench can be shipped smoothly.
It is worth noting that the production of our round-edged PU aluminum core wheels does not adopt the grinding process, but the overall demoulding process, so compared with other manufacturers' wheels with mold lines in the middle, ours do not have them. Such integrally formed wheels without mold lines are also more stable and more beautiful.
